I'm Back! Soon I'll be a Foster Parent Again!

My wife and I are getting our ducks in a row to be able to take in a foster child again. We now have a 4 year old, a 2 year old, and a 1 year old. Many times one of the kids is left out so we're going to try and fill the gap with a 3 year old! I'll have a new podcast episode very soon. Episode 11 will no longer be the last episode! I've been listening to the Foster Parenting Podcast again lately, and I also found another great one by Mark and Mary called Our Foster Parenting Experience. I've added an image for their podcast to the sidebar on the right which you can click on to visit their site.

I'm really looking forward to once again getting past my fear and craving for comfort to help change another person's life and show them that there can be consistency and love in this life for a little one. Yes, I'm Still Alive

I know it seems like the last episode is never coming, but let me assure you it is. My kids were really sick for a long time, and then they got better - but now I'm sick. My voice has been sounding pretty bad for quite a while now, but it's getting better. I will do my best to record the final episode THIS weekend, and post it next week with a photo of our family as requested by a listener. Thank you all for your patience - it is ridiculous how long it has been since the last episode and for that I am very sorry. Shame on me!

Out Sick

Hello Everyone,

So I haven't posted the final episode as promised. I'm sorry! :( Our kids have been super sick, throwing up, diarrhea, and horrible respiratory stuff. It's been no fun and my wife is doing a super hero job and taking care of them. So we've been changing diapers, measuring out & administering medicine, doing breathing treatments and cleaning up vomit a lot lately.

Still, these are all just excuses, but I wanted to give you all a reason for my tardy posting. I will get the last episode out as soon as I can. Thanks again all of you for listening!
